SUMMER IS (SOON) HERE – TIME TO LIGHT THE BARBECUE!

Summer is just around the corner, and many of us have already dusted off the barbecue. The long evenings are perfect for outdoor living and cooking steaks, chicken, vegetables and, of course, BBQ sausages on the barbecue. There’s no end to what you can cook on a barbecue – and it’s all delicious.

 Barbecuing is not necessarily synonymous with meat – grilled vegetables also taste amazing, as the barbecue’s heat brings out their natural sweetness and makes them even tastier.   Try a grilled salad – sprinkle with salt and bon appétit!

BRING OUT THE FLAVOURS

There are countless ways of bringing out the flavours when barbecuing – it all depends on the marinade. Whether it’s a BBQ marinade, balsamic or a marinade with lots of herbs and garlic. The Grand Cru marinade jar and brush put an end to obsolete little jugs and sticky bowls – instead, mix the marinade directly in the jar so it’s ready when barbecue coals are glowing hot.
